Compensation: $12/hr + Tips

Key Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Barista
Positive, friendly attitude
Experience making coffee and espresso drinks
Works well during busy rush hours
Must be able to work alone and in a team environment
Responsibilities:

Making and serving hot and cold beverages including coffee and espresso drinks
Welcoming customers and helping them to determine their coffee interests
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
Correctly follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Educating customers about the menu options
Maintaining inventory
Opening and closing the station
Keeping equipment clean and in running order
This is not a seasonal position, we’re looking for people who are going to be around for awhile.
